Return Policy

*** ALL sale items during our warehouse shutdown sale are final sale and not refundable ***

  • Returns are available for the first 10 days after receiving your order. 
  • Returns must be shipped within the first 10 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns will be issued store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect your return. You will be notified via email on your store credit.
  • Shipping cost of returns is at the expense of the customer. This will be deducted from the store credit received.
  • We do not issue store credit or refunds on original shipping charges.
  • If you have purchased a set, returns must be made on the entire set. Returns for Individual items within the set will not be accepted.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned.
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • If you have received an incorrect or defective item, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. 
  • If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on support@jelliko.com.au along with your order number so we can assist you.

Condition of Return

  • All tags/stickers must still be attached to the products. If the sticker is not on the product, a return will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items must not have been washed or altered in any way.
  • Items must remain new and unused in any way.
  • Returns must be requested and shipped within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept late returns under no circumstances.
  • All items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. If you return a FINAL SALE item we will not be processing store credit.

How Do I Make A Return?

  1. Simply download our returns form above.
  2. Carefully fill out the returns form.
  3. Email us at support@jelliko.com.au with your order number and your completed returns form attached.
  4. Once approved, we will send you a shipping label via email.
  5. Pack the package in its original packaging so it is safe for transit.
  6. Print the returns form and include it in the package.
  7. Print the shipping label and take the parcel to your nearest post office for return.
