Return Policy
*** ALL sale items during our warehouse shutdown sale are final sale and not refundable ***
- Returns are available for the first 10 days after receiving your order.
- Returns must be shipped within the first 10 days of receiving your order.
- All returns will be issued store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect your return. You will be notified via email on your store credit.
- Shipping cost of returns is at the expense of the customer. This will be deducted from the store credit received.
- We do not issue store credit or refunds on original shipping charges.
- If you have purchased a set, returns must be made on the entire set. Returns for Individual items within the set will not be accepted.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- If you have received an incorrect or defective item, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on support@jelliko.com.au along with your order number so we can assist you.
Condition of Return
- All tags/stickers must still be attached to the products. If the sticker is not on the product, a return will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in original packaging.
- Items must not have been washed or altered in any way.
- Items must remain new and unused in any way.
- Returns must be requested and shipped within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept late returns under no circumstances.
- All items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. If you return a FINAL SALE item we will not be processing store credit.

How Do I Make A Return?
- Simply download our returns form above.
- Carefully fill out the returns form.
- Email us at support@jelliko.com.au with your order number and your completed returns form attached.
- Once approved, we will send you a shipping label via email.
- Pack the package in its original packaging so it is safe for transit.
- Print the returns form and include it in the package.
- Print the shipping label and take the parcel to your nearest post office for return.
